Project Management / Construction Administration

The Pickering Associates Project Management team is comprised of Engineers of varying disciplines with experience in both commercial and large industrial projects. They are able to provide engineering management, construction estimating and negotiation, project reporting, scheduling, customer communication, project change negotiation and safety compliance.

Mechanical Engineering

With experience in both commercial HVAC and industrial ventilation, our mechanical engineers are able to serve a wide range of clients. From simple commercial plumbing and gas piping, to process, industrial and steam piping design they have you covered. We are also proud to have a LEED mechanical engineer to compliment our team.

Process Engineering

Working closely with the Mechanical, Electrical and Control System groups, the Process Engineering Group will deliver the industrial results you expect. Specializing in Process Safety Management, Process Debottlenecking and Environmental Permit Assistance Pickering Associates draws on industrial experience including petrochemical, metallurgy, specialty chemical, refining, food processing, and power generation.

Electrical Engineering

Pickering Associates electrical engineering team has experience with both high and medium voltage electrical design and industrial process experience. Whether your project is commercial or industrial, we can provide you with the electrical fire alarm or security system to fit your needs.

Civil and Structural Engineering

The Civil and Structural Engineers work closely to provide a solid foundation and backbone for your project. Our civil engineers are able to provide site development including storm water management, erosion control, site utility layout and parking management for both commercial and industrial applications.

Architecture

The Pickering Associates Architectural group can take your concept and transform it into a customized, fully efficient and functional design. This design can then be developed into working drawings, utilizing the teamwork of each discipline. Our concepts, space planning, and assistance with finishes and furnishing are all a part of making your building experience a pleasurable one.
