Our Process
Your project manager will keep the lines of communication open and serve as the contact person for all questions, comments or concerns.
We strive to deliver consistent results that exceed our client’s expectations. Our in-house team of Architects, Engineers, Surveyors and Construction Administrators are managed by a single Project Manager.
The Project Manager schedules routine meetings with the entire team so that coordination between disciplines can be at its best.
All projects are scheduled out through all phases of delivery by our resource manager and the project manager, assigning the necessary resources to perform to the schedule necessary for that project and highlight major milestones long before they could become an issue.
