Here at Pickering Associates, we have a phenomenal in-house Construction Administration (CA) department. This department is dynamically involved in various areas of expertise—from cost estimating to project bidding, as well as, overseeing the construction of projects. Being that we have all disciplines necessary within our company to take a project from its first site survey through to its final day of construction, we can provide our clients the assurance that the highest quality of coordination and attention to detail are paid and achieved for their projects. Our CA team is involved with projects from the schematic design phase to the creation of construction documents, ensuring that they are the most knowledgeable people to handle the construction administration for projects.
Sean Simon AIA NCARB, one of our CA department members from our Parkersburg office, has just been relocated to our Charleston branch office. This expansion poses some exciting possibilities for our clients in the Charleston and surrounding areas! We will now be able to directly offer comprehensive construction administration services to our Charleston clients as well as future clients reaching into Kentucky and beyond! We are excited about this change and are looking forward to further growing and creating new partnerships throughout the region!
