Pickering Associates brings 25 years of engineering and architectural experience together into a full-service firm serving a wide range of needs and featuring innovative, customized solutions. This collaborative team specializes in project development, project management, architecture and engineering services in the commercial, municipal, industrial, as well as oil and gas industries throughout Ohio and West Virginia. Pickering Associates employs over forty architects, various degreed engineers including civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, process, and chemical, as well as construction managers, automation and control specialists and support staff.
Pickering Associates would like to announce several changes to the management team that occurred during the last Board of Directors meeting.
First, Ryan Taylor was elected as President of Pickering Associates. As a dedicated employee and Vice President for several years, Ryan has worked tirelessly in directing and growing the company. As President of Pickering Associates, Ryan will direct the daily operations and continuing improvements in the organization. Ryan will be responsible for leading the high-level activities of the organization and implementing corporate strategy through his executive team.
Past President, Charles “Chip” Pickering, PE, will be assuming the role of Chief Executive Officer. Chip will focuse on organizational strategy and development of special projects and campaigns.
Dave Boggs, PE, has been appointed to the position of Vice President of Operations. Dave will be managing the daily operations, coordinating management activities and supervising the organization’s financial, organizational scheduling and HR activities.
Joe Lambert, PE has been appointed to the position of Vice President of Project Management. Joe’s responsibilities in this new role include the development and facilitation of our organization’s Project Management processes.
Traci Stotts is the new Vice President of Marketing & Development. She will be responsible for coordinating the organization’s marketing efforts.
