As the company continues to grow, Pickering Associates is happy to announce the restructuring of the administration group.
Karen Cline was named the Human Resources Manager. Cline is now more involved with the orientation of new employees, setting up new employee benefits and making sure both new and seasoned professionals at the firm are up to date on safety training. Cline says she looks forward to growing within the company.
“Pickering Associates has been like a family to me since the day I started,” Cline explains. “It’s rare to have a workplace you can go into every day and say ‘I love my job’, but I do, and I’m grateful for the opportunity to grow.”
Angela Greathouse was named the new Chief Financial Officer at Pickering Associates. Greathouse will take on a stronger role in the financial management of the company by taking on a higher level of duties allowing Pickering Associates provide an even better quality of customer service from start to finish. Greathouse says she’s excited to help Pickering Associates move forward in all aspects of project delivery.
“Movement and growth are the only way to keep up with the ever-changing financial climate. I hope to provide insight between our accounting and project software to keep Pickering ahead of the curve,” Greathouse says.

Karen and Angela have worked incredibly hard, and we’re all looking forward to seeing what they’re able to accomplish in their new positions,” explains Erin Iafelice-McCullough, Sales and Marketing Director of Pickering Associates. “It’s rare, anymore, to see a workplace where professionals are staying 5, 10, 20 plus years but that’s what we have at Pickering Associates. I think it says a great deal about the firm and the work environment our leadership cultivated.”
