Pickering Associates, the Mid-Ohio Valley’s premier architecture, engineering, and surveying firm is continuing to expand with the addition of four new professionals. The newest professionals include Process Engineer Patrick Flora, Environmental Scientist Jesse Daubert, Architectural Designer Alan Reece and IT Assistant Jeremy Cornwell.
Patrick Flora, Process Engineer, is a recent Chemical Engineering graduate of West Virginia University. The Apple Grove, WV native says he’s most looking forward to getting involved in the oil and gas development in the area and working with the firms varied clientele.
Environmental Scientist Jesse Daubert is a 2009 graduate of Marietta College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Science. Before beginning at Pickering Associates, Daubert worked for the Friends of the Lower Muskingum River, first as an AmeriCorps VISTA and then as a Watershed Coordinator through a grant from the Ohio Department of Natural Resources. Daubert says he’s excited to be the newest addition to the Civil Engineering department and can’t wait to put his education and work experience to good use at Pickering Associates.
Before joining Pickering Associates, Alan Reece was working with a mid-sized interior architecture team as a junior project architect and firm operations assistant in New York City. Reece says he’s excited to become a member of the MOV and looks forward to working with Pickering Associates professionals to capture opportunities and provide unparalleled project delivery.
Jeremy Cornwell, IT Assistant, graduated from The Ohio State University before joining Pickering Associates. As an accomplished photographer, Cornwell will also be assisting the marketing department with various tasks as his time allows. Cornwell says he’s most looking forward to working with cutting-edge technology while advancing the firm.
