Production Pad Design

One of many projects designed and managed by the talented engineers of Pickering Associates, this client chose our firm to assist in the development of this 45 acre site. A Topographical survey of the entire 45 acres was completed for the future construction of a horizontal well pad site. Boundary surveying of the property and well plats for permitting purposes were completed as well.

Our Civil Engineering design team led this project with the design and creation of construction drawings for a 350’ x 500’ drilling pad, a 125’ x 200’ production pad, and a 65,000 barrel impoundment. The team, led by Mark Welch and Amy Zwick, coordinated the design and required permitting with local utility companies as well as the County Engineering Department for local roadway upgrades and improvements.
