Pickering Associates, the Mid-Ohio Valley’s premier architecture, engineering, and surveying firm is continuing to expand. The company just added an electrical engineer and a civil engineer to its ranks.
Aaron Ouellette received his Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from West Virginia University Institute of Technology. He double minored in mathematics and psychology. Before joining the professional team at Pickering Associates, he worked mainly out of Charleston and served as an electrician/fireman with the United States Navy. Ouellette says he was drawn to Pickering Associates for a number of reasons, including professional respect, growth opportunities, the great people, and the beautiful location. He adds he is most looking forward to growing in his knowledge and experience as an engineer.
Andrew Pilfrey is a recent graduate of Marshall University, where he received his Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering with a Civil Engineering emphasis. He is enrolled in Marshall University’s Masters in Engineering Management course, offered at Pickering Associates. Pilfrey says he’s most looking forward to working with Pickering Associates’ exceptional and experienced staff, and growing in his profession. He adds that the firm’s dedication to the community was one of the main reasons he was so excited to be a member of the Pickering Associates community.
